The following five pages is the story of our experience serving at “Christmas Gift to the Homeless 2007.” I must say that we have never in our life witnessed such an outpouring of love and compassion in any church or gathering. It was an awesome sight to behold and a sight we will never forget.

Susie Jennings is an inspiring Christian lady. She began this ministry four years ago and it has grown into a major ministry to the homeless. She does not just plan an annual soup kitchen, but spends her time going into the streets and alleyways to supply the needs of many men and woman who are living in streets, praying with them and teaching them of the hope we have in Christ Jesus. Not just giving them a Bible or a blanket but giving them the kind of love and compassion that Jesus gave as he walked the streets. She gives them Jesus Christ and HE changes hearts.

I urge you to take a look at her ministry website http://www.operationcaredallas.org/default.asp and pray for her and this ministry. And I pray you’re blessed and inspired by our testimony you read, and if you are copy it and share it with your churches and groups. The Lord has done a great work not only for the homeless in Dallas but for me and my wife right here in the countryside where we live.

May God bless you and inspire you to a deeper knowledge and service to our Lord Jesus Christ and his Gospel!
